What reporting capabilities do you offer?
Avenue Two Corporate utilizes a comprehensive travel management reporting tool, GRASPData. GRASPData is a web-based reporting product. It extracts all transactions and synchronizes the data from Avenue Two Corporate’s back office with no user intervention. Once set-up, you can receive a suite of reports customized to your specifications, and they can be configured to run and automatically be delivered to you on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Do you make sure the travel falls within our company policies?
Yes. Our team will work with you to ensure that any travel we book falls within your company travel policies. We customize our travel request forms to your needs and have dedicated agents to each account.
Can you help our company create a travel policy?
Should you find yourself in need of a more comprehensive Travel Policy for your team, and do not yet have one in place, Avenue Two Corporate is well positioned to assist you in crafting your own unique Travel Policy. We will work together with you to develop a clear, concise, and reasonable guide for your team to follow when requesting travel services.
Do you offer a mobile app?
Available to all Avenue Two Corporate clients, the TripCase mobile app seamlessly integrates with your mobile device, providing a comprehensive view of all travel-related services booked through us. With real-time updates and push notifications, you’ll stay informed with the latest travel details at your fingertips. For groups, we offer several different applications from CVENT registration to digital AXUS itineraries to live event management applications. Depending on the needs of your group or meeting, Avenue Two Corporate will assist you in selecting the best combination of applications for your team.
Does Avenue Two Corporate have 24/7 air support?
Yes! Our team members are available during the business hours of 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern by toll-free phone, website, and e-mail. Outside of our normal business hours, Avenue Two Corporate offers access to a 24-hour, year- round After-Hours Desk providing emergency support to travelers anywhere in the world (fees may apply).
If we have an in-house planner for meetings and incentive trips, why do we need another company?
We understand that many companies have a team member in place to plan offsite meetings, events, and incentive trips, but often those individuals have other roles and responsibilities beyond travel planning. By using Avenue Two, your in-house planner can work closely with our team to design an experience that fits your company’s unique goals and preferences. We will act as an extension of you while leveraging our experience and global network as well as handling the logistics and details.
Are you a member of any travel consortia?
Avenue Two Corporate is a branch of Tzell Travel Group and has exclusive air contracts, negotiated hotel rates, and more through that relationship.
