Growing up in the family business, Joshua Bush inherited first-hand experience from watching his parents turn their passion for travel into a full-fledged business. Josh went on to pursue consumer finance and commercial real estate, after graduating from the University of Richmond Jepson School of Leadership Studies. In 2006, his family called on him to join the executive leadership, leverage his experience and bring the agency into the future, even stronger.

Joshua’s vision upon joining Avenue Two Travel (known at the time as Park Avenue Travel) was to build an agency with a foundation of innovation, technology, and education through a strong mentorship program. This focus and drive have been critical to the agency’s success and continued growth, even through challenging times.

As CEO and through his success, he has become a highly sought after travel executive and thought leader, serving as Chair of Virtuoso’s Global Member Advisory Board, the guiding body of Virtuoso that advises and directs the world’s foremost luxury travel network. He has served on and consulted for numerous advisory boards and panels including: AFAR Magazine, Marriott International Luxury Brands (Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, etc.), Luxury Travel Advisor Magazine, Accor Hotels, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Viceroy Hotels, Classic Vacations, Montage International, and Explora Journeys. He also serves on the Government Affairs Committee for the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA).
